Tomato Crouton Casserole

  • 8 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 t. basil
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. thyme
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Place tomatoes and bread in a greased cake pan. Mix butter, salt and herbs and drizzle over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
