Chicken and Vegetables over Rice

  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 c. onions, chopped
  • 2 c. mushrooms
  • 2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. milk

Preparation:

Stir-fry first 4 ingredients with a bit of oil. Add remaining ingredients after vegetables are tender. Heat through and serve over rice. Note: Add any vegetables of your choice.
