Tomato Pie

  • Dough:
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. (or more) milk
  • tomatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Mix Bisquick and milk until it handles well and press in bottom of baking dish. Filling: Slice tomatoes onto crust. Sprinkle with a dash of basil, parsley flakes, thyme leaves, oregano, onion powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Top with mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
