Tater Tot Casserole
- 2 lb. Tater Tots
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation:
Layer Tater Tots on bottom of roaster. Mix together sour cream, soup and milk; pour over tater tots. Layer with slices of cheese. Brown hamburger with onions and seasonings. Spread hamburger mixture over the cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Combine cornflake crumbs and butter; cover casserole with these crumbs 15 minutes before it's done baking.
