Roasted Sweet Corn

Preparation:

This is another family treat. Cut ends off ears of corn, but leave husks on. Put in a pail or tub of cold water to soak, 15-30 minutes. This will keep husks from burning too quickly. Drain and put in hot ashes or on a hot grill. Keep turning, so corn roasts evenly till done. Husk and enjoy corn on the cob with a smoke flavor.
