Cheesy Campfire Potatoes

  • 6 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or chives
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth

Preparation:

Place the sliced potatoes and onions on an 18" x 22" piece of heavy-duty foil. Dot with the butter. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Fold up foil around the potatoes; add the chicken broth. Seal edges tightly. Grill over medium hot heat for about 35 minutes or until potatoes test done.
