Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes

  • 8 lg. potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Slice potatoes. Mix dry ingredients and add potatoes. Cover and shake. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Place potatoes in pan. Bake at 350° until potatoes are soft, approximately 1 hour. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
