Butter Mints

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 1/2-3 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 drops mint flavoring
  • a few drops food coloring

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients well. Roll into small balls and then into white sugar and press into molds. Chill. Option: Don't add coloring; skip rolling in sugar and drop into chocolate molds. Keeps well in a cool place in tight container. A Christmas favorite!
