Brownie Cheesecake

  • 2 c. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 24 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. ready-made brownies, crumbled


In a bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9" springform pan. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Add cocoa; mix well. Beat in eggs just until combined. Fold in brownies. Spoon onto crust. Place pan on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen.Refrigerate ovenight. Serves 16-20 people.
