Baked Asparagus

  • 5-6 stalks asparagus
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. bread crumbs


Cut asparagus into 1" pieces and cook. Layer half of asparagus, eggs, and cheese in an 8x8" pan. Repeat layers. Combine mushroom soup and milk and pour over layered ingredients. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
