Yum-Yum Pudding

  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • Cool Whip

Preparation:

Crush crackers. Mix with melted butter and press lightly in a dish. Refrigerate. In a large bowl combine milk with ice cream and beat with mixer until smooth. Add instant pudding. Pour mixture into dish with cooled crumbs. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
