Ingredients

1 pkg. Oreo Cookies, crushed

1 ½ Cups Cold Milk

1 qt. Vanilla Ice Cream, softened

1/3 Cups Butter, melted

2 Boxes Butterscotch Instant Pudding

1 qt. Cool Whip
Directions
Mix Oreo cookies with butter.
Reserve 1/4 c. of the crumbs.
Put remaining crumbs into a 9 x 13 pan and pat down firmly.
Beat pudding and milk together.
Add ice cream and mix well.
Pour over crumbs in pan.
Spread Cool Whip over the top.
Top with the reserved crumbs.
Let set in the refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight.
