Lemon Ice Cream Dessert

3 Cups Crushed Cornflakes

½ Cup Sugar

1 Stick Butter, melted

½ Gal Vanilla Ice Cream, partially thawed

1 Cup Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed

¼ - ½ tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
Directions
Melt butter, add sugar & cornflakes and stir over heat until we’ll combined.
Press mixture into 13x9 glass dish. Save ½ Cup of mixture for the top.
Chill 30 minutes or overnight.
Partially thaw ½ gallon of vanilla ice cream.
With handheld electric mixer combine ice cream, lemonade concentrate and lemon zest.
Pour over crust and sprinkle mixture on top, garnish with 12-16 pieces of fresh lemon.
Freeze for at least 2-4 hours.
