Ingredients

1 lb. Bulk Sausage

1 Cup Onions, chopped

½ Cup Peppers, chopped (optional)

1 tsp Parsley

3 Cups Fresh or Frozen Corn

2 Cups Milk or Cream
-
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
-
½ tsp Black Pepper
-
2 Tbsp Flour or Cornstarch
Directions
Brown sausage in stockpot.
Add herbs, spices, and corn.
Simmer 10 min.
Add milk and flour.
Stir as it heats and thickens.
