Ingredients

½ Cup Butter, softened

1 ½ Cup Sugar

2 Large Eggs, room temp

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt

2 Medium Ripe Bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)

1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
-
½ Cup Butter, softened
-
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
3 ¾ - 4 Cups Confectioners Sugar
Frosting
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas.
Spread into greased 15x10x1 in. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake), 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
Frosting
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
Gradually beat in enough confectioners’ sugar to achieve desired consistency. Frost bars.
