Ingredients

3 oz. Bacon, cooked and crumbled

8 oz. Sausage, cooked and crumbled

6 Cups Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns

½ Cup Onions, diced

1 Stick Butter
-
½ Cup Flour
-
4 Cups Milk
-
1 Cup Meltz Cheesy, cubed

1 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
-
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Cheese Sauce
Directions
Cheese Sauce
Melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth.
Add milk & stir until thickened.
Add both cheeses, stirring until melted.
Add mayo.
In a large bowl, combine cheese sauce with rest of ingredients.
Transfer to a greased 7x11 baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes or until hot n' bubbly.
