White Chocolate Fudge Cake

  • Cake:
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 oz. white chocolate, melted
    Chocolate Layer:
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
    Fudge Topping:
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 can vanilla frosting
  • 3 oz. white chocolate, melted

Preparation:

Cake: Combine and put in 10x15 greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Chocolate Layer: Melt together and spread evenly on cake. Cool completely. Fudge Topping: Combine and spread over cake. Refrigerate. Hint: Melt chocolate in double boiler...burns real easy.
