Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. crushed strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened


Crust: Melt butter, add cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into an 8"x11" baking dish. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Cool. Topping: Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add crushed strawberries; stir and refrigerate 30 minutes. In a bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar; mix. Beat cream cheese, add Jell-O mixture. Fold in whipped cream mixture. Pour over crust. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries.
