Orange Juice Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup diluted orange juice (or pineapple)
    Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup diluted orange juice (or pineapple)

Preparation:

Mix cake ingredients at low,  then medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 325° for 45-50 minutes. Glaze: Mix ingredients; bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Pour over warm cake. When cool, invert onto plate. *For pineapple cake, glaze with 1/4 cup pineapple juice and powdered sugar to thicken.
