Mock Eggnog

  • 2 qts. cold milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding or French vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation:

In mixing bowl beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Beat the rest of ingredients except whipping cream in the pudding mixture. Then stir in whipped whipping cream. May use Cool Whip. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
