Jell-O Pinwheels

  • 1 c. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 1/4 c. warm water
  • 2 c. sm. marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip


Mix Jell-O, water and marshmallows. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into 9x13 pan, well greased with butter. Refrigerate till set. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread over Jell-O. Loosen edges with knife. Roll up tightly and place seam side down. Refrigerate a couple hours and cut into slices. Enjoy! Hint: The cream cheese mixture is enough for 2 rolls Jell-O. Note: This is a special treat, especially at Christmas, using red or green Jell-O.
