Jell-O Cake

  • 1 yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation:

Mix cake according to package directions, baking in a 9"x13" pan. Poke holes in cake with a fork. Dissolve Jell-O in water; pour over cake. Cool. Beat pudding and milk until slightly thickened; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cake.
