Jalapeno Popper Dip

  • Dip:
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 4-6 jalapenos, chopped & deseeded
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
    Topping:
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Preparation:

Dip: Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spread in a 9" round pan. Topping: Mix and spread over dip. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until hot. Serve with your favorite crackers.
