Honey Peach Crisp

  • 6 peaches
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecan, optional
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. four
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 1/3 c. butter, softened


Peel and slice the peaches. Arrange in the bottom of a 13x9" pan; cover with pecans. Combine lemon juice and honey and pour the mixture over the pecans. Mix flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Spread evenly over the rest. Cook at 350°, covered, until peaches are tender and topping is browned, usually about 35 minutes.
