Holiday Ice Cream Pie

  • 1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 chocolate crumb crust
  • 1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. fudge ice cream topping

Preparation:

In large bowl, stir cranberry sauce. Add ice cream; fold until swirled. Spoon mixture into crust, cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm. To serve, cut into wedges. Place on dessert plates and garnish with whipped topping and fudge.
