Frozen Berry Fluff

  • 2 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. fresh berries
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream or Cool Whip


Mix crumbs and butter. Press into a buttered 8x11 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes. Beat together slightly. Mix sugar and berries and add to egg whites. Beat on high speed 12-15 minutes, until mixture is fluffy and has large volume. Fold in whipped cream and spread over crumb crust. Freeze. A summertime favorite! Serves 6-8.
