Frito Mexi-Corn Dip

  • 2 cans Mexi-corn, (15 oz.) drained, or any canned corn
  • 1 can Rotel, (10 oz.) drained, can use tomato chunks, or use salsa
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise 
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1-2 c. shredded cheese

Preparation:

Mix together. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers. Delicious! Note: You can also use frozen corn, thawed and drained.
