Finger Jell-O

  • 2 Tbsp. Knox gelatin
  • 2 c. water
  • 4 (3 oz.) boxes Jell-O, flavor of your choice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water

Preparation:

Put Knox gelatin in 2 cups cold water. Let set. Put Jell-O and sugar in bowl. Add hot water. Add gelatin mixture and stir well. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes to dissolve everything. Add cold water and pour in 9x13 pan. Let set in fridge. Cut in pieces and eat with your fingers. Makes one 9x13 inch pan.
