Delicious Pumpkin Torte

  • Crust:
  • 1 pkg. cinnamon graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. sugar
    Cream Cheese Layer:
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
    Pumpkin Layer:
  • 2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. pumpkin
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation:

Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9"x13" pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs and beat again. Pour cream cheese layer over crust and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix together pumpkin layer with 1 container Cool Whip and put on top of baked layer. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Serves 12 people.
