Cream Cheese Roll Ups

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation:

Trim crusts off of 20 pieces of bread, flatten with rolling pin. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread 1 teaspoon onto bread. Roll up. Melt butter. Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Dip roll-ups in butter and then sugar mixture. Place in a 9"x13" pan and freeze. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Serves 10.
