Cranberry Jell-O Salad

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (14 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Preparation:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce to Jell-O and pour into a Jell-O mold. Let chill till set. Beat sour cream, cream cheese and sugar together. Unmold Jell-O onto a plate, then fill center with the cream mixture and garnish with chopped pecans.
