Campfire Breakfast

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 lb. li'l Smokies
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Preparation:

Heat iron skillet over campfire; saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in butter. Add Li'l Smokies and eggs. Cook until eggs are almost done, then add cheese. Cook for a few more minutes. Serve 4-6 people.
