Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 lb. sausage, browned, or ham
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, browned and cut up
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls or pizza dough
  • 1 lb. Tater Tots
  • 1 pkg. smokie links, cut up
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation:

Place crescent rolls or dough in a Dutch Oven. Spoon sausage, Tater Tots, bacon and smokie links on top. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over pizza. bake over medium heat until eggs are set. Put cheese on top when it's done and serve when cheese is melted. Note: May bake in a cast-iron skillet over fire also. Press crescent rolls in skillet and top with toppings. Cover tightly with foil and cook 20-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. May also make scramble egg mixture first then put on on top of pizza.
