Biscuit Tostados

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 tube large refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce

Preparation:

Cook beef and drain. Add 1 1/2 c. salsa; heat through. Split each biscuit in half; flatten onto 4" rounds on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Top with meat, cheese, lettuce and salsa.
