Baked Cheddar Bacon Spread

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • assorted crackers

Preparation:

In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in bacon and 3 cups cheddar cheese. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 minutes or till lightly browned. Serve with crackers. Makes 7 cups. A great finger food/snack to share during the Holiday season.
