Appetizer Wreath

  • 2 (8 oz.) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper


Remove crescent dough from package. DO NOT UNROLL. Cut each tube into 8 slices. Arrange in a circle on ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Move to serving platter; cool completely. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed and garlic powder until smooth. Spread over wreath. Top with broccoli, celery and red pepper. Serves 16 people.
