Marshmallow Graham Pudding

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. (32) marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 24 graham crackers
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation:

Heat milk and marshmallows until melted, then cool; add pineapple and the whipped cream. Crumble crackers till fine and add melted butter. Line bottom of dish with crumbs, (reserving some for top) then put in marshmallow mixture, and rest of crumbs on top.
