Graham Cracker Dessert

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cake according to package directions. Add cracker crumbs and brown sugar and bake. Cool cake completely. Mix whipped cream and powdered sugar and spread on top. Drizzle with ice cream topping. Keep refrigerated.
