Marinated Cheese Cubes

  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • pinch of red pepper
  • 1/2 lb. cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. cubed cheddar cheese

Preparation:

In a large resealable plastic bag combine all ingredients; adding cheese cubes last. Seal bag and toss to coat. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Transfer cheese cubes into a serving dish; serve with toothpicks. Note: A quick and delicious snack. Always a hit at family gatherings!
