Apple Cider Floats

  • 25.4-oz. bottle sparkling apple cider
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • Garnish: cinnamon

Preparation:

For each serving, pour 1/4 cup cider into a tall glass or mug. Add 2 scoops ice cream; sprinkle with cinnamon. Slowly top ice cream with remaining cider (it will fizz up). Serve with a long spoon. Makes 6 servings.
