Ingredients

4 Cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or cubed

4 Cups WC Marinara Sauce

1 Cup WC Parmesan Cheese

3 Cups WC Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs

1 ½ Sticks WC Butter, melted

2 Cloves Garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Oregano, dried
-
1 tsp Italian Seasoning, dried

2-4 Tbsp Parsley, chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine cooked chicken and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese in a medium bowl.
Combine panko, parmesan, garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning, parsley, and a little salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour melted butter over top and mix well with a fork.
Add the marinara sauce to the chicken/mozzarella mixture. Stir well and place in a 9x13 pan, top with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then the panko mixture.
Spread evenly. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Serve over your favorite cooked pasta
